~ We welcome orders via email at info@chillocreekranch.ca or you can text us at  250 981 0331. Our service is hit and miss but we will get back to you!

~ Farm gate pickup is available with appointment .. but we're usually around. We do our best to coordinate deliveries approx once per week and are pretty flexible. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram to keep tabs on the delivery truck!

~ Butcher dates must be booked well in advance as our butchers are very busy people! We suggest thinking about bulk orders in the spring for a fall freezer fill  We often have dates booked but they fill up fast so let us know if you're considering that option.

~ We can accept payment via cash, EMT, debit or credit card .. whatever suits your fancy.
